The Mobile PotterThe person behind the pottery
Hi, I’m Melissa.
I bring friendly, beginner-focused pottery experiences to communities across Southland, Otago and surrounding areas.

Pottery that comes to you
The Mobile Potter grew from my love of making, creating and sharing the calm that comes from working with clay.
Instead of asking everyone to travel to a studio, I bring the workshop experience to your chosen venue. That makes it easy for friends, families, community groups and workplaces to enjoy something creative together.
You don’t need any pottery experience. I explain everything step by step, provide the materials and take care of the glazing and firing after your workshop.
